- Highlighting activities in community-engaged arts initiatives across Canada
- Informing Canadians about the benefits of arts for social change to community development
- Linking individuals to affordable and accessible arts initiatives across Canada
- Creating connections [ArtBridging] between community-engaged arts initiatives to provide mentorship, share resources and promising practices, innovations, learnings and ideas
- Networking with community arts initiatives to address gaps in arts resources or services
- Improving access to arts and art-making for Canadians living in remote, isolated, marginalized, under-serviced or under-resourced communities
- Identifying and building community partnerships and collaborations with over 395 community-engaged arts/arts for social change initiatives across Canada
- Providing information about important developments in the community-engaged arts field
