    The PEI Senior Citizens’ Federation is a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1971 to act as a collective voice and resource for Island seniors. The LEAP program was initiated in 2008. It is a project-based grant programs designed to provide Island seniors with opportunities to learn various disciplines from Island artists.
