    Art is used as a tool for engagement, retention and expression for street involved and under served youth. It is also used as part of the social venture program operated by the agency.
    As a tool, Street Culture has worked with other organizations to deliver workshops on photography, creative writing, jewelry making, painting and other mediums. These processes generally have an established artist share their talents through a workshop program.
    Examples of art used in social ventures include face and body painting for festivals and community events, puppet shows for children’s programming and mural work throughout the city. Art process in this area is done in response to a request for services.
