Todd is a regular columnist on the economy for the Globe and Mail and is the chair of Alberta’s Premier's Council on Culture. In 2012, he co-wrote the book The Boiling Frog Dilemma: Saving Canada from Economic Decline. In this podcast, he speaks about creativity and the role of arts and culture in the Canadian economy. "
