ArtBridges/ToileDesArts is now collecting nominations for the 3rd Annual Recognition Awards for community-engaged arts initiatives, community partners and ArtBridges’ Member initiatives.
These awards will showcase remarkable work in community-engaged arts taking place in Canada. There are three categories:
1) Innovation
2) Resiliency
3) Creativity
One award will be given in each category. Each award-winning initiative will receive a certificate and $250 award as well as recognition on the ArtBridges hub. You can apply for one, two or all three, award categories. The awards jury will be comprised of three active leaders in community arts in Canada.
You are eligible to nominate your a community-engaged arts initiative that you are involved with or another that you think highly of. To be considered, please fill out the attached one-page nomination form http://goo.gl/forms/Unv1GClZHm and submit it back to ArtBridges by May 24, 2017
Past recipients include DAREarts, MU, ArtHeart Community Art Centre, 4Cs Foundation’s Art Bikers Program, VIBE Arts and The Sustainable Thinking and Expression on Public Space Initiative (STEPS).

ArtBridges/ToileDesArts lance un appel de candidatures pour la troisième édition de ses Prix honorifiques annuels soulignant le travail remarquable de ses membres, des projets ou organismes d’art communautaires œuvrant au Canada.
Il y a trois catégories, pour chacune desquelles un prix sera remis :
1) Innovation
2) Résilience
3) Créativité
Chaque organisme ou projet gagnant recevra un certificat ainsi qu’un prix de 250 $ et sera publiquement reconnu sur le site de la ToileDesArts. Vous pouvez soumettre votre candidature pour les trois catégories ou pour une ou deux d’entre elles. Le jury sera composé de trois personnes jouant un rôle de leader dans le milieu de l’art communautaire au Canada.
Vous pouvez soumettre la candidature de l’organisme pour lequel vous travaillez ou avec lequel vous collaborez, ou celle d’un autre organisme que vous tenez en haute estime.
