“Celebrate the sounds of the season with the children of Sistema Toronto on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 5:00 pm. Join us in a rollicking festive concert with the Sistema Toronto Yorkwoods Orchestras, Pachanga! and Choir Ensembles.

This year, our thoughts turn to the Philippines and the devastation from Typhoon Haiyan. We are dedicating our concert to aid and relief for the Philippines, and we hope you’ll support our efforts with a donation.

Sistema Toronto operates two programs in Toronto’s Parkdale and Jane/Finch neighbourhoods. We aim to enhance the social development of our children by instilling in them a strong sense of community, self-respect, and mutual support. Our intensive musical education program gives our kids the tools they need to strive to reach their full potential and to pursue excellence in everything they do. Sistema Toronto welcomes donations through CanadaHelps.”
