“The EAST Music Collective is moving into its third year and is looking for fresh new musicians to join its roster of artists! If you or someone you know is a vocalist, rapper, instrumentalist, beat boxer, or any other kind of musician, we are looking for you. This extensive program is offering training to youth aged 16 to 24 under industry professionals on song-writing, composing, recording, and other aspects of being a professional musician.
Creative folks who enjoy managing a party and planning a showcase, we have an opportunity for you too! The EAST Project Management Collective is also accepting applications for project managers aged 16 to 24 who want to receive formal training on budgeting, planning, promotions, and other aspects of throwing a successful event.
Check out the EAST website for details on the previous EAST projects. Both programs will run for eight months between December 2014 and July 2015.
Deadline for registration for both collectives is October 29, 2014 at midnight.
No late applications will be accepted.
