“Jubilee Auditoria Community Arts Night
- Classes are FREE thanks to a grant from Alberta Jubilee Auditoria Society.
- The sessions will be geared to accommodate everyone from first timers (novices) to accomplished artists.
- These sessions are for adults (no children please) however, we offer family art classes on Thursday evenings, call for more information.
- Clay projects run over several classes, participants need to be able to attend all of the classes in order to complete the project.
- Due to limited space, only the first 14 people who register will be able to attend the class.
- Call 780 – 474 – 7611 to register – if no one is available to take your call, please leave a message and phone number, and we will call you back to let you know if space is available.
March 17 – Using your own images, design and construct your own envelope book.
MARCH 26 – *PLEASE NOTE: this class has been moved to Thursday for one night only! Embellish your own cigar box as your main medium.
March 31 – Glazing on a store bought tile.
April 7 – Using a mirror, draw and distort a self portrait of yourself with pencil and black felt pens.
April 14 – Using your own photo, destroy and remake a picture with multiple layers of materials.
April 21 – With a very simple still life and felt pens, doodle your way on card stock.
April 28 – Simple doll making with different mediums.
May 4 – June 9 – Clay – Limited to 12 people. 3 weeks building, 3 weeks glazing.
Runs 6:30 – 8:30 PM on Tuesdays“
