It is with heavy hearts that ArtBridges/ToileDesArts shares the news that artist Cathy Elliott of DAREarts has passed away. Our deepest condolences to Cathy’s family, friends and to DAREarts. “Cathy is a Dora nominated performer, director, creator and musical director.
