Panelists include artist\/scholars Nancy Viva Davis Halifax and jes sachse, Executive Director of Thunder Bay’s HAGIDavid Shannon, and Agnes MacKillop from the Ontario Accessibility Directorate. The panel will be moderated by respected community activist Fran Odette.
