In particular read the page \u201c<a title=\"4Cs Foundation | Applying for a Grant\" href=\"http:\/\/www.4csfoundation.com\/content\/criteria-and-application-steps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Applying for a Grant<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The 4Cs Foundation funds community-based projects that foster links and connections between young people and others in their community in the context of creative arts-based activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you have a project idea that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aligns with the 4Cs mandate,<\/li>\n<li>involves a group development process that brings together children \/youth and other people in their communities,<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0and that fosters the deepening of connections between participants by working together side-by-side throughout the duration of the project,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then please <a title=\"4Cs Foundation | Contact Us\" href=\"http:\/\/www.4csfoundation.com\/content\/contact-4cs-foundation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email<\/a> Terri Whetstone and 4Cs will set up a time to talk about your idea. Or, if you are not sure if your idea meets this criteria, contact Terri anyway and to \u201cwalk through\u201d it together.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4Cs Foundation cannot support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>on-going programs<\/li>\n<li>program delivery<\/li>\n<li>projects that do not have as a main focus the development of relationships\/connections\/links between children and other community participants<\/li>\n<li>projects that are intended to provide art opportunities for young people by working with an artist. The role for Artists in a 4Cs projects is that of skilled and creative facilitators.
