WALS consists of stand-alone professional development workshops for emerging and mid-career mural artists. Topics are determined based on needs in the community, and include both hands-on artistic techniques and management skills.<\/p>\n<p>Past and upcoming topics include\u00a0<em>but are not limited to<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Community Consultation<\/li>\n<li>Health and Safety<\/li>\n<li>Business Skills for Artists<\/li>\n<li>Mosaics<\/li>\n<li>Site Analysis<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Graffiti Art<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are always looking to hear from mural artists and managers with new topic ideas!<\/p>\n<p>If you have the skills and knowledge to lead an educational workshop for mural artists, we want to hear from you. Send us your resume and a cover letter outlining your area of expertise and instructional experience.
