As ArtBridges\u2019\u00a0Community-Engaged Arts Directory<\/a>\u00a0grows, we realize that it\u2019s a bit overwhelming to read through all of the profiles. We\u2019re hoping that by occasionally highlighting some profiles on our blog, you may learn about an initiative that you may not have initially seen in the directory. Also, if you know of a Canadian community-engaged arts for social change initiative that isn\u2019t in our directory, but should be, please\u00a0let us know<\/a>! Kick Start Arts Society<\/a>\u00a0offers \u00ab\u00a0workshops, and multi-disciplinary arts training in schools, as well as on the professional levels in community settings. They\u00a0also produce new work. Their goal is to create opportunities for diverse people and perspectives to intersect \u2013 creating meaningful connections, and shared creative experiences.<\/p>\n
