\u00ab\u00a0The RBC Arts Access Fund<\/a> is designed to support newcomer artists across Toronto. \nApplicants must be:<\/u>
\n– Residents of the City of Toronto for at least one year prior to the application deadline.
\n– Newcomers who have been in Canada between 1 and 7 years
\n– A permanent resident or Canadian citizen \u200b
\n– Be over 18 years old
