\u00ab\u00a0In its 29th year, MASC<\/a> is a dynamic, midsized charitable organization that works with 140 professional artists from diverse cultural backgrounds. MASC artists work in schools and community settings, offering experiences of artistic excellence and creative process that awakens creativity, deepens awareness and encourages understanding. Performances and workshops are offered in English and French in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec, across all artistic disciplines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MASC Bookings Coordinator <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MASC Bookings Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the booking process for MASC\u2019s programs are managed efficiently, with concern for providing high quality service and for maintaining good relationships with venues and artists. The Bookings Coordinator will carry out these duties in partnership with the Program Directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MASC English Program Director <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The English Program Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with artists, school board and community partners, with concern for providing consistent, high-quality service. They will be responsible for the development of MASC\u2019s English program, managing a professional artist roster who will offer culturally diverse programs that meet the needs of the clients. They will be responsible for organizing events in partnership with English school boards and community partners and within the MASC organization. They will carry out these duties in partnership with the Executive Director(s), the French Program Director and the Bookings Coordinator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MASC Office Manager and Event Assistant<\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MASC Office Manager and Event Assistant is responsible for the efficient running of all office administrative and support systems, Event support, Social Media and Volunteer management.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le coordonnateur aux r\u00e9servations est responsable d\u2019assurer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de tous les aspects du processus de r\u00e9servation des programmes de MASC, en veillant \u00e0 fournir un service de haute qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 entretenir de bonnes relations avec les \u00e9coles, les \u00e9tablissements communautaires et les artistes. Le coordonnateur aux r\u00e9servations s’acquittera de ces t\u00e2ches en collaboration avec les directeurs de programme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gestionnaire de bureau et assistant aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le gestionnaire de bureau et assistant aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements est responsable d\u2019assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau et de ses syst\u00e8mes d\u2019administration, d\u2019offrir une assistance aux \u00e9v\u00e8nements, d\u2019assurer la gestion des m\u00e9dias sociaux et des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
