Bonjour \u00e0 tous!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n


\nJe suis de retour au bureau de ToileDesArts aujourd\u2019hui apr\u00e8s un \u00e9t\u00e9 long et d\u00e9licieux…En auto de Toronto \u00e0 Vancouver, je vois maintenant le Canada \u00e0 travers de nouveaux yeux. Je suis arr\u00eat\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques centres d\u2019arts formidables, et j\u2019ai h\u00e2te de vous raconter mes histoires!
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui il pleut fort et le ciel est gris, mais en entendant toutes les nouvelles de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 de la part de Seanna, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o n\u2019affecte pas mon humeur et j\u2019ai h\u00e2te de recommencer mon travail comme poste d\u2019assistante de recherche francophone, en cherchant des projets, programmes, organismes et ressources en arts communautaires qui am\u00e9liorent l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux arts au Canada. Je suis contente aussi de recommencer \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 York en \u00e9tudes de l\u2019environnement et en arts communautaires.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Virgile Kpodar, l\u2019assistant de recherche qui a travaill\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 ToileDesArts, avec l\u2019aide de notre b\u00e9n\u00e9vole Aur\u00e9lia Bizouard, ont tous deux trouv\u00e9 et communiqu\u00e9 avec d\u2019extraordinaires projets, programmes, organismes et ressources au Manitoba ainsi qu\u2019au Qu\u00e9bec. Nous avons aussi re\u00e7u des informations sur des les arts communautaires \u00e0 travers le Canada sans en demander, ainsi que des demandes pour faire partie du projet. Il me semble que le projet de ToileDesArts accumule beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale!

Nous continuons donc notre trajet \u00e0 travers le Canada. Puisque nos recherches initiales dans l\u2019est francophone du Canada sont termin\u00e9es, nous nous avan\u00e7ons vers l\u2019ouest, pour trouver les arts francophones communautaires au Saskatchewan, l\u2019Alberta, la Colombie-Britannique, le Yukon, les territoires du Nord-Ouest, et finalement, le Nunavut. Saskatchewan, nous voil\u00e0!<\/span><\/p>\n

Hello everyone!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n


\nI\u2019m back at the ArtBridges office today after a long and hazy summer… Traveling in the car from Toronto to Vancouver, I see Canada differently now, through a new lens. I stopped at a few amazing arts centers on the way, and I\u2019m excited to share some of my stories!
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, it is raining hard and the sky is grey, but after hearing Seanna talk about everything that\u2019s happened over the summer at ArtBridges, the weather does not dampen my spirits and I can\u2019t wait to start working again as the Francophone research assistant, searching for community arts projects, programs, organizations and resources that enhance access to the arts in Canada. I am also excited to start my third year at York University in Environmental Studies and Community Arts.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Virgile Kpodar, ArtBridges\u2019 recent Francophone research assistant, along with our volunteer Aur\u00e9lia Bizouard, have both identified and communicated with amazing projects, programs, organizations and resources in Manitoba and Qu\u00e9bec. We\u2019ve had people coming to us with community arts information and asking if they can be a part of our project. It seems to me that the ArtBridges project is gaining a lot of interest nationally!
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Thus we continue our journey across Canada. As our initial research in Francophone Eastern Canada is complete, we roll on towards the West, to find whatever Francophone community arts lurk in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia,Yukon, the North-West Territories, and finally, Nunavut. Saskatchewan, here we come!<\/span><\/p>\n
