Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years relevant employment experience. They will possess superior writing, communication and organizational skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; an ability to handle a multitude of tasks and deadlines; and a talent for working collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. They will have experience working with volunteers. Demonstrated commitment to Neighbourhood Arts Network values and direct experience working in community engaged arts practice and/or neighbourhood development are essential. Knowledge of Toronto’s community arts organizations and individuals and familiarity with trends in the field is an asset.
