“We are excited to unveil the new GET Schooled initiative at the launch event for National Youth Arts Week!
Date: May 1, 2013
Time: 6pm – 10pm
Location: Art Gallery of Ontario (317 Dundas Street West)

Join us for a sneak preview of GET Schooled activities, as well as a photobooth, henna art, and free resources!GET Schooled is a creative community of grassroots knowledge where young people are both the learners and the teachers. By providing a coordinated point of access to workshops, networking and mentorship, GET Schooled offers young people opportunities, interaction, connections, and certification.GET Schooled is a collaborative initiative of 9 community organizations: ArtReach Toronto, For Youth Initiative, Grassroots Youth Collaborative, Manifesto Community Projects, Neighbourhood Arts Network, NIA Centre, Schools Without Borders, SKETCH Working Arts, and the Toronto Youth Cabinet.

    Wow, can you send my info over to them they sound great and perhaps i can interweave creative cultural interests with them.  Wish i lived closer to the city at times.
