“This professional development course is for emerging and established Artist Educators and Community Facilitators who are in a time of transition or re-birth in their lives and/or work. If you are seeking a revived sense of direction and purpose in your work in the Community Arts sector, this training is for you. Ideal for artists and educators who believe in the power of personal and collective transformation by engaging with social justice, healing, and education through the arts, and who feel called to work with marginalized sections of society.
In this course you will engage in powerful processes for personal and professional development. We will provide valuable knowledge about how to navigate the arts, cultural, and educational sector; as well as support you to ground in a sense of personal purpose and direction in this work. To get the best results and most benefit out of this training, it is strongly recommended that you participate in all 3 components of the program. For accessibility purposes, we offer the option of taking each component on its own.
