“Celebrate Alberta Culture Days with In-Definite Arts as we dedicate our 40th Anniversary “Legacy Flags”; 16 street pole banner flags will be unveiled on Heritage Drive SE as part of an outdoor public gallery featuring designs by Calgary artists.

Join us on Saturday, September 26 to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of In-Definite Arts! Since 1975 In-Definite Arts has supported adults with developmental disabilities to create, exhibit and sell original artwork in the Calgary area. On September 26th we invite you to commemorate this milestone with us as we dedicate our new “Legacy Flags” project. Eight street lighting poles (four east and four west of Fairmount Drive) will feature colourful new banner art comprising an outdoor gallery on Heritage Drive SE. The banner flags will honour In-Definite Arts’ forty-year history by making a vibrant, placemaking statement about the cultural richness of Fairview/Acadia communities.

Mark this occasion by attending our banner flag community walk at 1 p.m., or participate in any of the other fun, family-friendly activities taking place at In-Definite Arts as part of Alberta Culture Days.
