“BRAVO (Le bureau des regroupements des artistes visuels de l’Ontario) et le comité de direction de NUIT BLANCHE OTTAWA ont le plaisir de présenter #NBO12, la toute première NUIT BLANCHE organisée à Ottawa qui sera lancée le 22 septembre 2012 à 18h22, au Marché Parkdale, quartier Hintonburg, Ottawa.
Les artistes ont répondu à l’appel lancé par #NBO12 avec des oeuvres suivant la thématique proposée, « La vie est belle ». Ode à la vie, « La vie est belle », la toute première Nuit blanche d’Ottawa offrira une multitude spectaculaire d’oeuvres visuelles, d’art performatif et médiatique provenant de la région d’Ottawa et du monde et rendra hommage à l’incroyable créativité de l’esprit humain. Il a été montré que, dans les périodes les plus sombres, les
artistes ont su faire jaillir la lumière là où il n’y en avait pas et, qu’ils étaient capables de repenser le monde comme un lieu parfait où la paix, l’amour et l’égalité règnent pour tous.”
