Mandate: United Cultures Youth Project – The United Cultures Youth Project (UCYP) provides the youth in our community with a number of different courses, events, and activities. We aim to provide Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal Youth aged 10-24 years with a variety of programs and services aimed at promoting and enhancing personal development.
Labrador Friendship Centre – The Labrador Friendship Centre will endeavour to provide the best possible services to enrich the lives of the Inuit, Innu and Metis of Labrador through the provision and implementation of social, cultural, health, educational, employment, and developmental initiatives.
Main Arts Activities/Projects: Our main arts activities/programming consists of painting. We also offer regular craft/clothing courses such as hide slipper making, seal skin mitts, and snow-shoe building. We have seniors events that consist of knitting, crocheting, etc.
