Scarborough Arts has a number of volunteer opportunities in visual arts, crafts, and literature from March to May! Take your pick below and click the sign up button!

All events take place at Scarborough Arts’ Bluffs Gallery on 1859 Kingston Road unless otherwise noted.

SA Talks: Vacancies for the Arts in Scarborough
Date: Thursday, March 30, 6:30 – 9:30 PM
Volunteer Role: Greeter
NO VACANCY curator Alyssa Fearon moderates a panel discussion on the spaces and places for the arts in Scarborough.

My City My Six Writing and Bookmaking Workshop
Date: Wednesday, April 12, 6 – 8 PM
Location: Scarborough Museum, Thomson Memorial Park, 1007 Brimley Road
Volunteer Role: Workshop Assistant
My City My Six is a participatory public art project that will reveal Toronto and its residents in celebration of Canada 150, six words at a time.

DOORS OPEN
Dates: Saturday, May 27, 11 AM – 4 PM and/or Sunday, May 28, 11 AM – 4 PM
Volunteer Roles: Greeters, Workshop Assistants
Scarborough Arts opens its doors to guests for Doors Open 2017. Guests can take part in a dub and slam poetry workshop, an expressive arts workshop, and a My City My Six writing workshop.
