“EAST is a three-year collaborative program that will operate from 2012 to 2015. The program will be embedded in three Scarborough neighbourhoods – Steeles-L’Amoreaux, Kingston-Gallowayand Scarborough Village. Scarborough youth between the ages of 16 and 21 will form two core collaborative groups: an Urban Music Collective and a Project Management Team.
