Come celebrate Aboriginal History Month with the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto at Yonge & Dundas Square!

On Saturday, June 30th, 2012, the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto will be holding their annual Aboriginal History Month event at Yonge & Dundas Square. This exciting event begins at noon and ends at 8:00 pm.

All are welcome to the Aboriginal History Month celebration. This annual event honours and celebrates Aboriginal history and culture. This year, we have an exciting line-up of entertainers, craft vendors exhibiting and selling their wares, and of course we couldn’t forget food!

Featuring:
– Lisa Odjig:  Two time World Champion Hoop Dancer & Contestant on Canada’s Got Talent
– Iskwe:  Cree/Dene/Irish singer/songwriter
– Métis Fiddler Quartet:  Canadian Métis and Native old-style fiddle music
– Digging Roots:  2010 Juno Award winning blues/rock music group

Aboriginal Food, Arts & Crafts Market, Hip Hop Pow Wow, Fashion Show by NativeTalent.net
