INTENSIVE PROGRAM (Youth 18 – 29)
This program brings together folks in a three day intensive program to challenge queer and trans phobia, as well as racism – we’re trying to create a space for youth to talk about how they experience these, whether external or internalized. There will be opportunities to explore creative writing and performance, plus a chance to talk about histories as well as current events, as they can relate to South Asian LGBTTIQQ2S/WSW/MSM youth. There is definitely room for you to tailor the program to what you want!
When: Saturday July 21, Saturday July 28 and Sunday July 29
What time: 11:30 – 5pm each day
Where: Delisle Youth Services S.T.A.R.S. Space ( Yonge and Eglinton)!
Each day will have 5 hours of programming exploring multiple art forms in workshops facilitated by some of our talented guest artist facilitators. The intensive program is at no cost to participants and food and TTC tokens will be provided.
To get involved, send us an application so we can find out a little bit more about you and tailor the program to the group!
