Karin Eaton and Allan Bender will discuss practical examples of how to prepare a strong application and realistic plan for grants, calls for artists, and expressions of interest. The workshop will cover proposal writing, planning, and budgeting for public wall art.

The Wall Art Learning Series (WALS) is a series of individual workshops designed to better equip emerging and mid-career artists working in wall art, deepening their understanding of the field and gaining technical skills for career success. The WALS topics are based on the most-requested areas of interest and are designed to address artists needs and fill knowledge gaps in the field. Spaces are limited and registration is required.

The fee for this workshop is $20, or $15 for Mural Routes members. To become a Mural Routes member please visit http://www.muralroutes.com/joinus.htm. To register or for more information please visit our blog or contact Natalie Dewan, Program Coordinator, at natalie@muralroutes.com or 416-698-7995.
