« Re-imagining Space » is an opportunity for community-based artists to connect, network, and learn about resources and opportunities

About this event

TAC welcomes community-based artists to a conversation about community arts spaces in Toronto. We will explore what it means to « Re-imagine Space » in the midst of the pandemic, how artists are innovating in their community arts practice, and what unique opportunities and challenges exist when creating and organizing arts events in the City.

We’ll also be sharing funding opportunities that are available for community-based artists through TAC’s Creative Communities program led by Creative Communities Program Manager Kevin Reigh. ​

We’ll be joined by artists Jermaine Henry, Phoenix | Sun Park, and Vanese Smith who will share their experiences and insights related to community arts practice. »
